Returns + Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from date received the item. Client must fill the form that we will provide.

Our team will get in touch once the exchange is approved. Items received or requests exchanges items outside of the 14 days period will NOT be accepted. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within time-frame.

All garments returned must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, without make up or deodorant marks and with the original packaging and tags intact.

The exchanged items must NOT be swimwear and jewellery, and shorts must have been tried on with underwear only.

Refunds are NOT issued, we will provide you with a credit note.

NO Exchange for Special Custom made orders, we tailored the garment according to your size and fit at the time you provided with the size requested. It is not the responsibility of Vida Surf Yoga for any changes on the measurements of your now size.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned. Items we exchange will be resend with a pre paid satchel addressed by the customer. Your own return postage costs are non refundable. Vida Surf Yoga is not responsible for the loss of garments been returned. We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery method.

All returns must be done via Aus post. We can not process your returns until we received your goods via post only.

Vida Surf Yoga DOES NOT refund under any of these circumstances : Change of mind, wrong size ordered, decided you did not like the purchase, and sale items. Under any of these circumstances stated we will gladly offer an exchange or credit towards a future purchase.
